AMBER ALERT: Dulce Alavez (age 5) was abducted on 09/16/19 by a light skinned white or Hispanic male, wearing orange sneakers, red pants and black shirt. The male drove off with Dulce in a red van with tinted windows and a sliding rear passenger side door.
